Arsenal receive bad news ahead of their season opening game
Arsenal have received bad news ahead of their season opening Premier League game against Patrick Vieira’s Crystal Palace.
The new Premier League season will kickoff in about just two weeks from now after a long wait of three months and all clubs including Arsenal will be looking forward to its return since they will have fully strengthened their teams due to the 2022 summer transfer window. Arsenal has however received some bad news ahead of their season opening game against Crystal Palace.
Arsenal will be looking forward to the start of the new campaign because they have had a lot of arrivals in this summer transfer window but they might have however received bad news ahead of their first Premier League game. A report by Yahoo News has claimed that Arsenal’s right back Tomiyasu will not be available for the start of the 2022/23 campaign because of a minor muscular problem that has seen him miss the pre-season games of the North London club.
Arsenal will hope to kick start off their season with a win over Crystal Palace on opening day and not being with Tomiyasu will obviously hurt the North Londoners as they seemed to struggle in games without him last season. Arsenal will now have to either rely on Cedric Soares or use Ben White on the right back position until the return of the Japanese international.
