Early predicted Arsenal lineup to face Manchester United
Arsenal will on Sunday at the Emirates Stadium play against Manchester United at the Emirates Stadium and here’s the early predicted lineup of the gunners.
Arsenal will face off against Manchester United at the Emirates Stadium on Sunday, with manager Mikel Arteta set to field a strong lineup. After a stressful schedule full of victories, this will be another important battle that the gunners will wish to win in their quest to win the Premier League trophy.
Here is Arsenal’s predicted lineup to face Manchester United:
GK: Aaron Ramadale
CB: William Saliba
CB: Gabriel Magalhaes
LB: Oleksandr Zinchenko
RB: Ben White
DM: Thomas Partey
CM: Granit Xhaka
LW: Gabriel Martinelli
RW: Bukayo Saka
CAM: Martin Odegaard
CF: Eddie Nketiah
Arteta is likely to go with a familiar 4-2-3-1 formation given its success for Arsenal in the Premier League this season. In goal, Aaron Ramadale will be tasked with keeping out Erik ten Hag menacing attack. Ahead of him, William Saliba and Gabriel Magalhaes should ally together in central defence as part of an effort to contain the mobile Marcus Rashford who is on a great form.
On either flank, Oleksandr Zinchenko and Ben White will feature for the gunners as fullbacks as they have done a lot this season. Partnered alongside Thomas Partey at holding midfield will likely be Granit Xhaka who has turned the tide in his relationship with the fans over the course of this season.
The tricky Bukayo Saka and Gabriel Martinelli could make up two thirds of what would be an energetic attacking midfield trio with captain Martin Odegaard.
Up top Eddie Nketiah is almost sure to start since Gabriel Jesus is still on the sidelines after having sustained an injury while on international duty for the Brazil football team.
