Arsenal will face Manchester City in the fourth round of the FA Cup on Friday, and manager Mikel Arteta will be looking to progress to the next round. The Gunners have been in good form recently, and Arteta will be hoping to continue that momentum with an FA Cup win over the Premier League champions.

Turner, Tierney, Gabriel, Holding, Tomiyasu, Xhaka, Partey, Vieira, Trossard, Nketiah, Saka.

FORMATION: 4-3-3

In goal, Aaron Ramsdale is likely to be rested for this game, so Turner is expected to start between the sticks. In defence, Ben White is likely to be given a rest, so Tomiyasu should start at right-back. Rob Holding and Gabriel Magalhaes should start at centre-back, with Kieran Tierney at left-back.

In midfield, Thomas Partey should start alongside Granit Xhaka and Fabio Vieira. Bukayo Saka and Leandro Trossard are expected to start on the wings, while Eddie Nketiah should lead the line up front.

This predicted Arsenal XI should have enough quality to get past Manchester City in this FA Cup fourth round tie on Friday night. However, it will not be an easy task as Guardiola’s side have been in excellent form recently and will provide a stern test for Arteta’s men.

All eyes will be on Bukayo Saka and Eddie Nketiah in this cup game as these two have been an outstanding in the past few games, and so the fans will hope that they do the same against the Premier League Champions.
