Wenger gives final answer on whether Arsenal will win the Premier League
Arsenal have led the Premier League table for the majority of this season and Arsene Wenger has opened up about whether his former club would win the trophy.

Arsene Wenger, the former manager of Arsenal, has revealed that he believes the Gunners will win the Premier League this season ahead of the Manchester City game. The Frenchman spoke ahead of Arsenal’s match against Manchester City on Wednesday and said this after being asked if the North Londoners would win it: “I would say yes because I feel the usual threats in the Premier League are all out of the race and the only threat is City and even City is not as dominant as they were last year or two years before.” said Arteta as per Mirror.
Wenger went on to explain why he believes Arsenal have a good chance of winning this season: “I feel since the start of the season City was more vulnerable defensively than they were in the years before.”
The Gunners have led the Premier League table since August but could lose their top spot if Manchester City wins on Wednesday since they are just three points ahead. However, Wenger remains confident that his former team can come out on top this season. He said: “I think Arsenal have a great chance to win it this year because there are no other teams that can challenge them for it.”
It remains to be seen whether Wenger’s prediction will come true but one thing is certain – Arsenal fans will be hoping that their team can continue their impressive form and secure a first Premier League title since 2004.
