Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp fires big warning to Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal side
Arsenal will on Sunday travel to Anfield Stadium to face Liverpool and Jurgen Klopp has fired a big warning to Mikel Arteta’s side ahead of the game.
Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has issued a warning to Arsenal ahead of their match on Sunday. Despite Arsenal being in a title race, currently sitting at the top of the Premier League table with 72 points after 29 games, Klopp believes that Liverpool can still come out on top.
Klopp acknowledged Arsenal’s impressive form this season, stating that they are “flying” and playing “super football.” However, he also pointed out that Liverpool’s home record is not as bad as their away record, giving them an advantage in the upcoming match.
Liverpool have had a disappointing season so far, currently sitting in 8th position on the table with only 43 points. However, Klopp remains optimistic and believes that a win against Arsenal could be a turning point for his team.
He emphasized the importance of winning football games and how it can change the outlook of a team’s season.
“But the next one is Arsenal, so if we are difficult to beat against Arsenal we can win this game. If not, Arsenal will just go over us and then we will see.”Klopp said as per The Metro.
“With one point, the steps, how I said, are not massive. If you win a football game, all of a sudden three points for one game; wow, things can look different.”
Klopp’s warning to Arsenal serves as a reminder that Liverpool should not be underestimated. Despite their struggles this season, they have shown glimpses of their potential and have the ability to cause an upset against any team in the league.
The upcoming match against Arsenal will be a test for Liverpool and will require them to step up their game if they want to come out with a win. However, with Klopp at the helm and his team’s determination to improve their position on the table, anything is possible.
In conclusion, Jurgen Klopp’s warning to Arsenal shows that Liverpool are not willing to give up without a fight. While Arsenal may be in a title race, Liverpool still have something to prove and will be looking to make a statement in Sunday’s match.
