Arsenal striker Eddie Nketiah has revealed the secret behind his impressive third goal against Sheffield United on Saturday. The young forward, who scored a hat-trick in Arsenal’s 5-0 victory, attributed his success to consistent practice.

“It’s just practice. I have been practicing all the time,” Nketiah told the media after the game.

Nketiah’s performance was instrumental in helping Arsenal secure a comfortable win over Sheffield United. Although the visitors initially frustrated the Gunners for the first 25 minutes, Nketiah broke the deadlock with a smart finish over the keeper to score his first goal of the match.

In the second half, Nketiah wasted no time in extending Arsenal’s lead. He capitalized on Foderingham’s poor clearance to rifle in his second goal before sealing his hat-trick with a wonderful strike from the edge of the D.

The victory against Sheffield United propelled Arsenal into second place on the Premier League table, now just two points behind their North London rivals, Tottenham Hotspur. This strong position reflects Arsenal’s solid form in this 2023/24 campaign, where they have accumulated 24 points so far.

Looking ahead, Arsenal will face West Ham United in the Carabao Cup round of 16 at The London Stadium on Saturday. The Gunners will aim to maintain their winning momentum and progress further in this domestic cup competition.

Meanwhile, Sheffield United remains at the bottom of the Premier League table as they continue to search for their first win of the season. Their next challenge will be against Wolves next weekend.

With Nketiah’s impressive performance and Arsenal’s strong league position, there is optimism among fans that this season could bring success for their beloved club. As Nketiah emphasized, consistent practice has played a significant role in his development as a striker and could be key to Arsenal’s continued success moving forward.
