Arteta provides an update on the injury of Martin Odegaard

Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has provided an update on the injury status of midfielder Martin Odegaard, who has missed their last three matches. Speaking to the media, Arteta revealed that he will have a meeting with the medical department to understand the situation of all the injured players, including Odegaard.
Arteta stated, “I’m going to have a meeting with the medical department to understand everybody’s situation, and I think he [Odegaard] is going to be back after the international break. But I don’t know exactly what the decision is and the communication at the moment.”
These words from Arteta indicate that Odegaard’s return to the pitch is expected after the international break, but the final decision will depend on the medical team’s assessment.
Odegaard’s absence has been felt by Arsenal in their recent matches, as they aim to maintain their strong position in the Premier League. Currently sitting in 3rd place with 27 points, the Gunners will be looking to continue their impressive form when they face Brentford after the international break.
Odegaard’s injury highlights the physical demands of the game and the challenges that players face in maintaining their fitness. As Arsenal fans, we can only hope for a swift recovery for Odegaard and his return to the team soon.
In the meantime, Arteta will rely on other players to step up and fill the void left by Odegaard’s absence. The manager will be looking for impressive performances and contributions from the squad as they strive for further victories in the Premier League.
As Arsenal continues their campaign, fans will eagerly await Odegaard’s return and hope that he can make a significant impact on the team’s success.
