Former Arsenal right back Hector Bellerin has revealed that there are four Arsenal players he still misses, even though he left the club in 2022. Bellerin, who had brief spells at Barcelona and Sporting Lisbon before joining Real Betis in July this year, opened up about his fondness for his former teammates.

In an interview with Sky Sports, Bellerin mentioned three players in particular that he shared many memorable moments with during his time at Arsenal. He said, “From the players, obviously Bukayo (Saka), Eddie (Nketiah), Gabi (Martinelli) – I’ve shared loads of moments with them, and I’ve seen Bukayo and Reiss (Nelson) go through the ranks. To me, I feel very proud of them.”

Bellerin’s admiration for these young talents is evident as he expresses pride in seeing Saka and Nelson progress through the ranks at Arsenal. It is clear that he holds a special place in his heart for these players, who have undoubtedly left a lasting impact on him.

However, it’s not just the players that Bellerin misses. He also mentioned the staff and people who supported him during his time at Arsenal. He stated, “But it’s also the staff, the people that have been there since I moved into the first team at 18 years old.” This highlights the importance of the support system and the relationships built within a football club.

Since leaving Arsenal, Bellerin has embarked on a new chapter in his career at Real Betis. However, his words demonstrate that he still holds a deep appreciation for his time at Arsenal and the connections he made during his tenure.

It is heartwarming to see Bellerin acknowledge the impact that these players and staff members had on his life. It serves as a reminder of the strong bonds that can be formed within a football club and the lasting friendships that can be forged on and off the pitch.
