Arsenal could receive a major boost ahead of their crucial Premier League clash against Leicester City as Ben White edges closer to a return. The versatile defender has been working hard on his recovery in Dubai, with Mikel Arteta carefully managing his fitness to avoid any unnecessary setbacks. According to The Sun, White’s progress in warm-weather training could see him back in the squad when Arsenal travel to the King Power Stadium on February 15.

The 26-year-old has been sidelined with a knee injury, missing key games during a demanding period for the Gunners. With Takehiro Tomiyasu also dealing with fitness issues and Jurrien Timber still on the road to full recovery, Arsenal’s defensive options have been stretched. However, White’s return would provide a much-needed boost for Arteta as he looks to keep his squad fresh for the title run-in.

Arteta has been cautious with White’s recovery, ensuring he does not rush him back too soon. The training camp in Dubai has given Arsenal’s medical team the opportunity to assess his fitness in a controlled environment, allowing him to work on regaining sharpness without the risk of immediate match intensity. If all goes well, White could be in contention to start against Leicester, giving Arsenal a timely reinforcement in defense.

Arsenal are currently second in the Premier League table, locked in a tight title race where every game matters. With the Gunners aiming to keep pace with Manchester City, having key players like White available again could make a significant difference. His ability to play both as a right-back and in central defense offers Arteta tactical flexibility, something that could be crucial in the final stretch of the season.

While nothing is confirmed yet, signs from Dubai suggest that White’s return is on the horizon. Arsenal fans will be eagerly waiting for updates, hoping to see him back in action soon.
