Arsenal 2025/26 Premier League Fixture List Revealed: Big Clashes Early
Arsenal’s full fixture list for the 2025/26 Premier League season has been officially released — and Mikel Arteta’s side face a demanding start as they look to mount another serious title challenge.
The Gunners will open their campaign with a blockbuster clash away to Manchester United at Old Trafford on Sunday, August 17, in what promises to be a high-octane showdown to set the tone for the season. Arsenal’s first home game follows swiftly on August 23, with newly promoted Leeds United visiting the Emirates Stadium. A trip to Anfield on August 30 to take on Liverpool rounds off a tough opening month.
Tough September Looms
September offers no respite. Arsenal will host Nottingham Forest on September 13 before two major tests — a home tie with defending champions Manchester City on September 20 and a trip to St. James’ Park to face Newcastle United on September 27. With three of last season’s top four opponents in the first six matches, the Gunners will need to hit the ground running.
London Clashes in October and November
October will be slightly less intense, with fixtures against West Ham United (October 4), Fulham (October 18), and Crystal Palace (October 25) providing an opportunity to build momentum.
November, however, is explosive. Arsenal will travel to Burnley and Sunderland before hosting Tottenham Hotspur at the Emirates on November 22 for the first North London Derby of the season. That’s followed by a daunting trip to Stamford Bridge to face Chelsea on November 29.
Festive Fixtures and New Year Showdowns
The festive period is packed, with six fixtures scheduled in December. Arsenal will play Brentford (Dec 3), Aston Villa (Dec 6), Wolves (Dec 13), Everton (Dec 20), Brighton (Dec 27), and Aston Villa again (Dec 30) at home to close out 2025.
January begins with a trip to Bournemouth (Jan 3), followed by a crunch home tie with Liverpool on January 7. Matches against Nottingham Forest (Jan 17), Manchester United (Jan 24), and Leeds United (Jan 31) complete a busy first month of the year.
Key Derbies and Title-Deciding Clashes
Arsenal will play Tottenham away on February 21, with Chelsea visiting the Emirates a week later on February 28, marking a crucial two-week stretch. The reverse fixture against Manchester City at the Etihad is set for April 18, potentially a title-defining match depending on how both sides fare.
The Gunners finish their campaign with matches against Fulham (May 2), West Ham (May 9), Burnley (May 17), and finally Crystal Palace away on May 24
