Arsenal has confirmed that Ivan Gazidis has resigned from his position as the CEO of the gunners and he has sent a message to everyone associated with the North Londoners.
Arsenal has confirmed that Ivan Gazidis who has their Chief Executive has left the club to join Italian club AC Milan and this comes as a surprise because everyone was looking forward to the great work he was doing with Unai Emery.
AC Milan has been interested in getting Ivan Gazidis since July but the rumours ended when the summer transfer window closed because it is reported that Gazidis was un happy with the offer which he was given, the rumours returned this month after AC Milan had come with a far more better offer and Gazidis gladly accepted it.
Arsenal fans will however have to agree with the new changes happening at the club because it seems a new era didn’t just end with Unai Emery replacing Arsene Wenger but with even some top leaders at the club leaving is a good thing for change. Ivan Gazidis was at Arsenal for more than 10 years and he thanked the fans, the Arsenal officials, Arsene Wenger and Unai Emery who he has worked with for only three months.
“My sincere thanks go to Stan and Josh Kroenke for their support and guidance on everything we have done.” Ivan Gazidis told Arsenal.com.
“To Sir Chips Keswick, Lord Phil Harris, Ken Friar and my wonderful management team and staff, on and off the field, to Arsène Wenger, Unai Emery and to the fans of this giant and incredible club, thank you for your immense support and friendship over so many years and for the wonderful privilege of being part of the journey.”
