Unai Emery Shows How His Different From Arsene Wenger

Arsenal boss Unai Emery says that he takes every competition including the Carabao Cup seriously unlike his predecessor Arsene Wenger who used to say that it destructs the team.

Unai Emery was appointed as the new manager of Arsenal in May and the Spanish boss has already shown that he is very different from Arsene Wenger who was at the North London club for two decades.

The gunners are playing in four different competitions this season and one of them is the Carabao Cup which Arsenal failed to win in the reign of Arsene Wenger because the Frenchman didn’t value it so much, he used it to say that it is a big destruction to them while they are competing for the Premier League due to its tight scheduling of matches.

Arsenal fans were never happy with the belief of Arsene Wenger because they believe every competition is important and that it would give the squad morale in the other important competitions like the Premier League and UEFA Champions or UEFA Europa League if they win it since it ends by February. Unai Emery has on the hand showed that he is different from Arsene Wenger as he has said that every competition is important to them unlike his predecessor.

“For us, every competition is important and also this is one that we can play and find our way in this competition and towards this title.”Unai Emery told Arsenal.com.

“Also we can give players chances to play, chances to take confidence and minutes in the game.”

Unai Emery however also revealed that he will use some of the players that don’t get many chances in their match against Brentford tomorrow and he will be hoping to start with a win as they begin their Carabao Cup campaign.
