Thierry Henry Speaks Out After Becoming Monaco’s New Manager

This is going to be the first time Thierry Henry manages a club on his own and he will be hoping to do wonders in the French Ligue one.

Monaco have confirmed the appointment of Thierry Henry as their new manager after they sacked Leonardo Jardim who had failed to bring in good results for the French club.

It is a great honour for the Arsenal legend who will manage his own club for the first time and everybody is looking forward to seeing whether he can bring his past magical success on the pitch into the dressing room of Monaco.

Monaco have so far been poor this season because they are currently in the eighteenth position on the French Ligue one table and Thierry Henry will need to work hard to revive the club so that he could satisfy his new employers who have given an inexperienced coach like him a chance to manage a big club like Monaco.

Thierry Henry took to Twitter to thank Monaco for giving him such an opportunity.

“In the first place, I thank AS Monaco for giving me the opportunity to coach the team of this club so special to me.” wrote Thierry Henry.

“I am very happy to come back to AS Monaco and extremely determined to meet the challenges ahead. I can not wait to meet the players to start working together.”

Thierry Henry played for Monaco in the past and he made 105 appearances, so he is not a new face to the fans of it because they once welcomed him as a player and now as a manager.
