Report: Why Unai Emery hasn’t given Denis Suarez a start yet

Arsenal completed the signing of Denis Suarez on deadline day of the January transfer window and even though it was just a loan deal, the Arsenal fans still believe that the Spaniard could stay at the Emirates Stadium because the deal has an option to buy clause and the gunners could activate it if they are happy with his performances.

Arsenal fans were hoping to see the quality of Denis Suarez as soon as possible but Unai Emery hasn’t given him any start for unknown reasons. The on loan Barcelona star has made four substitute appearances since he joined the gunners about a month ago. Denis Suarez has been brought in as a substitute in Arsenal’s matches vs Manchester City, Huddersfield Town, BATE Borisov ( away ) and the home game.

Arsenal fans are asking themselves why Unai Emery hasn’t given chances to Denis Suarez yet he is there for a few months but the truth is that the Spaniard will still be an Arsenal player at the start of next season because, Emery wouldn’t deliberately take a lot of time to give him minutes when he understands that his bosses might not take the option to buy him in the summer because he hasn’t impressed.

It seems Unai Emery wants to fully prepare Denis Suarez for the Premier League and will be hoping that he can fully understand his philosophy, and the playing style of the gunners ahead of the upcoming 2019/20 season. So Arsenal fans shouldn’t get angry that they are seeing less of Denis Suarez in the remaining months of the season because the on loan Barcelona star will join them permanently in the summer.
