Aaron Ramsey speaks out on Unai Emery’s coaching

Unai Emery has been at Arsenal for 10 months now and Aaron Ramsey has spoken out on the coaching of the Spanish international.

The gunners appointed Unai Emery as their new boss in May last year after Arsene Wenger resigned from his position as the manager of Arsenal. It has been a tricky season for the Arsenal fans because they have witnessed their team get coached by a new person ( Emery ) after having been with Arsene Wenger for two decades.

Aaron Ramsey joined Arsenal in 2008 and is among the few players that have stayed at the Emirates Stadium despite getting offers from other clubs during the club’s title drought. Aaron Ramsey basically ended Arsenal’s nine-year trophy drought when he scored the winning goal in the 2013 FA Cup final which saw the North Londoners win a trophy for the first time since the invincibles season.

Arsene Wenger is considered to be a manager who revolutionized the English football but his tactics started failing in the last decade so Arsenal now has a young modern coach in Unai Emery who will be hoping to try to make the gunners more competitive. Aaron Ramsey who will be leaving to join Juventus in the summer says that Arsenal is a work in progress because they are still trying to adapt to Emery’s demands.

“We have had a new manager come in with new ideas and it has been a season of trying to adapt to certain things that he wants from us and sometimes it has come off and sometimes it hasn’t – it is a work in process.” Aaron Ramsey told Sky Sports.

Arsenal fans will be hoping that the players finally get the vision of how Unai Emery wants them to play so that they can be among next season’s title contenders. It seems the players are starting to play as how Emery requests because you can see that the pressing is very good but playing from the back isn’t perfect yet, but as Aaron Ramsey said – it is a work in progress but he will unfortunately not be in Arsenal colours next season.
