Xhaka reveals whether the Arsenal squad watches the Manchester City games

Arsenal and Manchester City are both vying to win the Premier League this season and Granit Xhaka has revealed whether the gunners watch the matches of their rivals.

Arsenal midfielder Granit Xhaka has revealed that the team is not focused on watching Manchester City as they are in a title race with them. The Gunners are currently leading the Premier League table with 74 points after 31 games, but they are closely followed by second-placed Manchester City, who have 70 points and a game in hand.

Xhaka believes that Arsenal should focus on winning their remaining games and not worry about what Manchester City is doing. He said as per The Mirror, “It’s okay, we are not looking at them. Let’s win our games first and, if we win the rest of the games or we don’t drop points – you know what will happen better than me.”

The Swiss international midfielder has been an integral part of Arsenal’s success this season. He has played in most league games so far and has scored five goals. Xhaka’s performances have been praised by many pundits and fans alike, and he has become a key player for Mikel Arteta’s side.

However, Arsenal faces a tough run-in to the end of the season, with matches against Manchester City, Chelsea , Newcastle United still to come. These fixtures will be crucial for Arsenal’s title hopes as they look to end their long wait for a Premier League trophy.

Manchester City is also in excellent form at the moment and is unbeaten in their last five league games. Arsenal will need to maintain their focus and continue to perform at a high level if they want to stay ahead of Manchester City in the title race. Xhaka’s comments suggest that the team is not getting carried away and is taking things one game at a time.

In conclusion, Arsenal’s title hopes are still alive, but they face a tough challenge from Manchester City. Xhaka’s comments show that the team is focused on their own performances and not worried about what their rivals are doing. If Arsenal can continue to perform at a high level, they have a good chance of winning their first Premier League title since 2004.
