Arsenal reportedly receive bad news in their pursuit of Declan Rice in the summer

Manchester United are reportedly set to rival Arsenal in the race to sign West Ham United midfielder Declan Rice this summer. The Red Devils are said to be keen on bringing the England international to Old Trafford as they look to strengthen their squad ahead of next season.
