Bournemouth 0-4 Arsenal: How it all happened
Arsenal have continued their fine form in the Premier League with a big win against Bournemouth at the Vitality Stadium and have climbed up the table.

Arsenal has continued their impressive form in the Premier League with a convincing 4-0 victory over Bournemouth at the Vitality Stadium. This win marks their fifth league victory of the season and solidifies their position in second place on the table.
The Gunners wasted no time in asserting their dominance, with Martin Odegaard playing a pivotal role in the opening goal. The Norwegian midfielder delivered a fantastic cross from the left, finding Gabriel Jesus who headed the ball onto the post. Fortunately for Arsenal, Bukayo Saka was quick to react and headed in from close range to give his team an early lead.
The second goal came from the penalty spot after Eddie Nketiah was fouled by Bournemouth’s Max Aarons inside the box. Odegaard stepped up and calmly rolled his spot-kick into the bottom corner, extending Arsenal’s advantage. The Gunners didn’t stop there and added a third goal shortly after halftime. Callum Christie’s late tackle on Odegaard resulted in another penalty, which was confidently converted by Kai Havertz for his first goal in an Arsenal shirt.
Although Jesus had an opportunity to add a fourth goal, his attempt went wide of the post. Bournemouth goalkeeper Neto also denied Emile Smith Rowe a goal off the bench before Ben White sealed Arsenal’s victory with a well-taken header from Odegaard’s free-kick.
With this win, Arsenal now sits comfortably in second place on the Premier League table with 17 points from their eight matches played so far this season. Manager Mikel Arteta will be pleased with his team’s performance and will look to carry this momentum into their upcoming UEFA Champions League clash against Lens at Stade Bollaert-Delelis Stadium on Tuesday.
Arsenal fans will be delighted with their team’s recent form and will hope that they can continue to challenge for top honors both domestically and in Europe. The Gunners have shown great attacking prowess and defensive solidity, making them a force to be reckoned with this season.
