Good news for Arsenal fans as transfer news guru Fabrizio Romano has confirmed that a contract renewal for Ben White is near. Romano took to Twitter to share the update, stating that Arsenal is confident in getting the deal done soon.

Negotiations for White’s contract renewal have been ongoing since August/September, according to Romano. The club is keen on sealing the new deal, especially after the signing of Martin Odegaard last month.

White was initially signed by Arsenal as a center back but has been successfully converted into a right back by manager Mikel Arteta. His versatility and impressive performances in this new position have been instrumental in Arsenal’s success. Last season, White’s contributions at right back helped the Gunners secure a second-place finish in the Premier League, and he has maintained his spot in the starting eleven this season.

In their most recent game against Manchester City, they secured a 1-0 victory. However, with an upcoming match against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge on Saturday, 21st October, Arsenal will face another tough challenge after the international break.

The news of Ben White’s contract renewal will undoubtedly bring relief and excitement to Arsenal fans who have witnessed his growth and impact on the team. With his future secured at the club, supporters can look forward to seeing more of White’s impressive performances on the pitch.
