Arsenal’s stance on selling Jakub Kiwior in January transfer revealed
AC Milan, Roma, and Napoli are all reportedly interested in signing Arsenal centre back Jakub Kiwior in the upcoming January transfer window. According to journalist Santi Aouna, all three Serie A clubs are keen on securing the services of the Poland international on a loan with an option to buy.
Kiwior has found playing time hard to come by at Arsenal this season, making just four appearances in the Premier League out of 12 games played. However, he has featured in cup competitions for the Gunners. With Arsenal’s other defender Jurrien Timber still injured, it is understandable why the club is reluctant to part ways with the 23-year-old in the midst of the season.
Despite his limited playing time at Arsenal, it is clear that Kiwior is highly regarded by clubs in Italy. AC Milan, Roma, and Napoli are all hoping to bolster their defensive options with the addition of Kiwior in January.
However, Arsenal seem determined to keep hold of Kiwior as they believe in his potential and see him as a valuable asset for the future. It remains to be seen whether any of the Serie A clubs will be able to convince Arsenal to part ways with Kiwior or if he will continue his development at the Emirates Stadium. The upcoming January transfer window promises to be an interesting one for all parties involved.
