Sports journalist  Tobi Altschaffl has revealed some exciting news for Arsenal fans. According to Altschaffl, Bayern Munich has decided not to submit an offer for Declan Rice, which means that the player is likely to be heading to Arsenal.

Rice, who is 24 years old, had a fantastic season with West Ham United. He scored four goals and provided two assists in the recently ended season and was one of the players that helped West Ham United escape relegation. Rice also helped West Ham United to win the UEFA Europa Conference trophy.

Despite not winning the Premier League title, Arsenal fans can be excited about the prospect of signing Rice. The midfielder would add some much-needed quality to their squad and could help them challenge for next year’s title.

Rice is known for his versatility on the pitch. He can play as a defensive midfielder or as a center-back, which makes him an attractive prospect for many top clubs around Europe. His ability to read the game and make crucial interceptions has made him one of West Ham’s most important players over the past few seasons.

If Rice does end up signing for Arsenal, he would join a team that already boasts some impressive talent. Players like Bukayo Saka, Martin Odegaard and Gabriel Martinelli have all shown glimpses of their potential this season and could form part of an exciting young core at Arsenal.

Overall, the news that Bayern Munich has decided not to submit an offer for Rice is a significant boost for Arsenal. The gunners will be hoping to finalize a deal for the midfielder soon and add him to their squad ahead of next season. With Rice’s quality and versatility, he could be the missing piece in Arsenal’s puzzle as they look to challenge for the Premier League title once again.
