Arsenal forward Leandro Trossard has revealed the secret behind his impressive ability to play with both feet. The Belgian international credits his grandfather for instilling in him the importance of practicing with his weaker foot from a young age.

Trossard explained via Arsenal Media, “To be fair, when I started to play football, my grandad always told me ‘you have to practice your left foot as well, it will help you so much when you become a professional footballer.’” Taking his grandfather’s advice to heart, Trossard dedicated himself to honing his skills with his left foot, even more so than his dominant right foot.

The 28-year-old forward’s dedication to training paid off, as he has become a versatile player capable of scoring goals with either foot. Trossard’s ability to confidently use both feet has proven to be a valuable asset for Arsenal this season. So far, he has scored three goals and provided one assist in the Premier League.

Trossard emphasized the importance of having confidence in his ability to score from any position on the pitch. “I just back myself on either foot inside the box that I can score a goal,” he said. This self-belief has undoubtedly contributed to his success as a forward.

Playing with both feet not only allows Trossard to be more unpredictable and versatile in his attacking play but also gives him an advantage over defenders who may struggle to anticipate his next move. His ability to strike the ball accurately and powerfully with both feet makes him a constant threat in front of goal.

As Trossard continues to impress at Arsenal, his dedication to training and his commitment to developing both feet serve as an inspiration to aspiring young footballers. The Belgian forward’s journey is a testament to the value of hard work and perseverance in achieving success on the pitch.

I just love writing and football so much ever since the 2000's when football got popular in our country. I am a self esteemed person who believes is am always right.
