Arteta’s Arsenal reportedly willing to sell fan favourite midfielder

After an impressive season with Arsenal, it seems that Thomas Partey may be on his way out of the club this summer. The Ghanaian midfielder was a key player for the Gunners in the recently concluded season, scoring three goals in the Premier League and helping them to a second-place finish.

Despite this, Partey was still one of Arsenal’s best players and his departure would be a blow to Mikel Arteta’s side. The Gunners were in a fierce title race with Manchester City this season but ultimately fell short, finishing five points behind the champions.

Partey’s departure would leave a big hole in Arsenal’s midfield and finding a suitable replacement will be crucial if they are to challenge for major honours next season.
