Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has praised the development of young star Bukayo Saka, stating that he has been getting better every year since joining the club. Saka, who scored 15 goals and provided 11 assists in the Premier League last season, has already made an impact in the current campaign by scoring in Arsenal’s 2-1 win over Nottingham Forest.

Speaking about Saka’s progress, Arteta said as per Arsenal Media, “I think it keeps growing year by year, and you set him new targets and he sets himself new targets and new demands and he seems to complete those.” The manager highlighted Saka’s hunger and willingness to learn and improve as key factors in his development. He also praised the young player’s focus and dedication to becoming a game-changer for Arsenal.

Saka’s impressive performances have not gone unnoticed. The 21-year-old has caught the attention of fans and pundits alike with his skill, versatility, and maturity on the pitch. Despite his young age, Saka has shown great composure and decision-making abilities, making him a valuable asset for Arsenal.

Last season was a breakthrough year for Saka as he established himself as a key player for Arsenal. His ability to contribute both goals and assists showcased his versatility and impact on the team. However, Arteta believes that there is still room for improvement for the talented youngster.

“He’s extremely hungry and willing to learn and improve,” Arteta stated. “He wants to become the player that decides the game every three days.” The manager emphasized that Saka’s determination is evident in his training sessions, preparation, and lifestyle choices.

Arteta’s faith in Saka is well-founded. The young winger has consistently shown his potential with impressive performances against top teams in both domestic competitions and European competitions such as the UEFA Europa League. His ability to create chances for himself as well as his teammates makes him a constant threat on the field.

As Arsenal kicked off their Premier League campaign last weekend, Saka once again proved his worth by scoring a crucial goal in their victory over Nottingham Forest. This early success is a testament to his hard work and dedication to improving his game.

With Arteta’s guidance and support, Saka has the potential to become one of the best players in the Premier League. His hunger for success and willingness to learn will undoubtedly drive him to reach new heights in his career. As Arteta concluded, “I’m very happy so he needs to keep doing what he’s doing.” Arsenal fans can look forward to witnessing Saka’s continued growth and impact on the team as he strives to become a game-changer every time he steps onto the pitch.
