The gunners will today face Chelsea at home and it will be a must win match for Unai Emery’s men if they want to keep their Premier League top four hopes alive. Arsenal’s boss Unai Emery has in the last few weeks been accused of getting it wrong with his starting lineups, so the one he uses tonight will need to be a good one.

Leno, Bellerin, Sokratis, Mustafi, Monreal, Torreira, Xhaka, Iwobi, Ozil, Aubameyang, Lacazette

FORMATION: 4-2-3-1

Bernd Leno has conceded many goals this season but he’s certainly better than Petr Cech, so he will be in between the goal posts tonight.

Using three at the back has not worked well for Unai Emery some times this season so he will use four at the back today. Sokratis and Mustafi will start as centre backs while Bellerin & Monreal fill the full back positions.

Central Midfield:

Matteo Guendouzi was not impressive in Arsenal’s match against West Ham United last week and he could be dropped hence Unai Emery reusing the Xhaka-Torreira combination.

Attacking Midfield:

Alex Iwobi is not consistent but he was the only player trying to be creative in Arsenal’s match against West Ham United, so he will probably be among the attacking trio of the gunners. Mesut Ozil could make his return to the starting eleven today, hence Arsenal’s attacking trio will be consisting of Iwobi, Ozil, Aubameyang.

Alexandre Lacazette has proven to be a big game player and Unai Emery will this definitely start him in their match against Chelsea tonight.
